In terms of recognizing the needs and approaches of International companies, an idea was raised to establish a branch of our center in Dubai in 2002 in order to facilitate carrying out all kinds international legal and commercial transactions. This extended to a number of Gulf Cooperation Council countries (GCC) in addition to Jordon and some African countries.

Our International operations department is responsible for the following:

1- Carrying out all company's establishment procedures till the issuance of all licenses required for company's go life in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the country in which the company subject to establishment located in.

2- Providing legal consultancy in all braches of comparative laws of a foreign country that may be subject to international transaction.

3- The center cooperates with a number of a leading law firms allover the Arab world in order to facilitate carrying out cross borders commercial transactions.
